When there is urgent information to be shared about the water system or other related emergencies, announcements are sent via email. For members who prefer to be notified by text or phone, please contact a board member to share your contact info. Note that while the volunteer board and volunteers who live year-round in the community will do their best to contact everyone, be aware that when there are orange flags out at both Harmony Park LOA entrances, that is a sign to visit the bulletin board by the boat dock parking lot to see any announcements or alerts posted there.

ANNUAL DUES
The due date for annual dues is January 31st. The annual reminder/invoice is sent to the member's email address on record (or postal mail if no email provided) in early January. If you did not receive an invoice and would like one for your records, please request it by email. (Non-receipt of invoice doesn't release members from their annual obligation to pay on time.) Payments sent after February 28th (29th in 2024) are considered late and a $50 late charge is added to the total due. Payment of $600 per lot for 2024 dues can be sent to HPLOA, P.O. Box 55872, Shoreline, WA 98155. Click here to pay your 2024 dues online.
