Annual dues for 2024 are $600 per lot and are to be paid by January 31st. Dues cover the cost of water and maintenance of the community's private water
system. Dues paid after February 28th are considered late and a $50 late
fee will be added. Bills were sent in early January -- if you didn't receive
a bill either email us to request one or just mail your payment to: HPLOA,
P.O. Box 55872, Shoreline, WA 98155; be sure and include your last
name and property address or lot number. You can also pay online at this link.
